Our website is intended to display our jewellery collections, custom designs, projects and professional information. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

All content on this website (including text, images, graphics, designs and logos) is the property of ED Atelier Limited or is licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use.

By submitting information through our contact forms, you agree to: 

• Provide accurate and truthful information; 

• Allow us to contact you using the details you provided to respond to your enquiry; 

• Not have your data used for marketing purposes unless you expressly consent.

Our website may contain links to external websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email or via a messaging application. All prices are stated in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors at any time prior to dispatch.

Custom orders are made according to your approved design and exact specifications. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Lead time is approximately 1–4 weeks (or as otherwise quoted at the time of order), depending on the complexity of the order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or otherwise specified in our communications with customers. Full payment must be made before production or dispatch. All transactions are securely processed through our authorised payment service providers.

We warrant that our jewellery is made with the materials and craftsmanship described. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges and refunds (including the special rules for custom-made items). 

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or any other applicable Hong Kong law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods you purchased. 

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or any other applicable Hong Kong law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
