Delivery Policy

ED Atelier Limited (鑽曜珠寶有限公司) (“we”, “us”, “ED Atelier”, “the Company”) currently DOES NOT provide local or worlwide shipping. This policy explains our delivery terms for custom-made jewellery. This delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

All our jewellery is custom-made to order. After you approve the final design and we receive full payment, production usually takes approximately 1–4 weeks (or as otherwise quoted at the time of order), depending on the complexity of the order. We will keep you updated on progress via email.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy for full details.
