Refund Policy

ED Atelier Limited (鑽曜珠寶有限公司) (“we”, “us”, “ED Atelier”, “the Company”) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our refund, return, and exchange rules. This Refund and Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on ready-made jewellery. All sales of stock items are final.

Because every custom piece is made to your exact specifications and design approval, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind once production has started. This is standard practice for bespoke jewellery.

Items If the jewellery (whether stock or custom-made) arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design/description:

• Please inspect the item immediately upon receipt.

• Contact us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number.

• We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate (subject to the Sale of Goods Ordinance).

Nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or any other applicable Hong Kong law.

We do not offer upgrades, but we are happy to discuss redesigning or remaking your piece. Please contact us to explore options.

• All returns must be pre-approved by us.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and ensuring the item reaches us safely.

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• We do not refund any import duties, taxes, or customs fees you paid.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, any applicable refund or replacement will be processed within 14 business days.
